Celestial Astrology Engine, also referred to as Celestial Astrology, is operated by Soul Into It ("Celestial," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our website, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
This policy is intended for users and app store review purposes. It is not legal advice, and we recommend having it reviewed before publishing, especially if your launch region, business structure, or monetization model changes.

Google Sign-In account information, if you choose to sign in with Google

Birth Profile and Astrology Inputs
To create personalized astrology reports, we may collect information you provide, including:
Date of birth
Birth location
Time of birth, if you provide it
Time zone or related time-zone settings inferred from your profile
Report preferences, such as daily, weekly, or monthly views
Providing your birth time is optional. However, some features, such as rising sign or house-based interpretations, may be limited without it.
Generated Report Information
The Service may generate and display astrology content based on the information you provide, including:
Interpretations related to the sun, moon, rising sign, placements, houses, aspects, transits, and themes
Daily, weekly, and monthly report content
PDF exports you create from your reports
Report generation timestamps
Depending on the app version and platform, generated reports may be stored, cached, exported to your device, or associated with your account to provide continuity and improve your experience.
Usage, Device, and Technical Information
We and our service providers may collect technical information such as:
Device type, operating system, app version, browser type, and language settings
IP address and approximate location derived from your IP address
Log data, request metadata, and diagnostic information
Authentication, quota, and security events

The Service may display ads through Google AdMob on mobile and Google AdSense on the web. Advertising providers may collect or receive information such as:

We do not knowingly collect precise GPS location for advertising purposes unless a future version of the app clearly asks for your permission.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing
Celestial Astrology Engine uses Google Gemini and similar AI services to generate personalized astrology interpretations. To create a report, we may send your birth details and related request information to our AI service providers.
We do not intentionally send payment card details, government ID numbers, passwords, or unrelated sensitive personal information to the AI model. Please avoid entering sensitive information into free-text fields unless it is specifically requested and necessary for the feature.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Please use your own judgment and do not rely on astrology reports for high-stakes decisions.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
Firebase and Google Cloud services for authentication, database storage, hosting, logs, quota enforcement, and infrastructure operations
Google Sign-In services when you choose to authenticate with Google
Google Gemini and similar AI providers for report generation
Google AdMob and Google AdSense for advertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and consent-aware ad delivery
Service providers who help us operate, secure, support, analyze, or improve the Service
Legal, regulatory, law enforcement, or government authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security
Successors or affiliates in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets

If you disable personalized ads, you may still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the Service or provide personal information.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided us personal information may contact us.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authentication controls, access rules, server-side secret handling, and infrastructure security practices.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and improve our safeguards over time.

To delete your Celestial Astrology Engine account, email us at wecare@soulintoit.com with the subject line "Delete Account." Please send the request from the email address associated with your account when possible so we can verify and process the request more quickly.
If an in-app deletion tool is available in your app version, you may also use that tool.
When processing deletion requests, we may need to verify your identity. Some records may be retained if necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app, on our website, or by email where appropriate.
Your continued use of the Service after an updated policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.
